Tucker’s Cupboard started as an idea between friends passionate about the care animals received and wanting to give back to the community. We have become an organization dedicated to aiding primarily low income or financially challenged households in the South Lane School District area to care for their canines. We focus on those households that may struggle to provide basic comfort measures to their canines suffering from an acute or chronic condition, with some emphasis on senior animals and families. Our goal is to aid these households in providing a better quality of life for their canines.
In most cases we strive to aid households by providing matching funds, up to a set amount, for items such as veterinary services, medi- cations, special dietary foods, crates, ramps, orthopedic supplies, and other items on an as needed basis.
We would love to hear from you and to explain our program more fully.
The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.
